Customer has a need to dig up some values in a database, and then add them as custom SIP headers to an outbound call.
I thought I could do this with UCCX, but I am unable to find any way to add custom SIP headers in UCCX.
If its not possible to do so in UCCX, what other product does Cisco offer that can do what Im hoping to accomplish? Namely, do a database query, and then insert the results into custom SIP headers?
