I've got IPCC 5.0 SR13 and CTI OS 5.1 01119. Periodically CTI OS server fails. In the logs of CTI Server I can see:

(11 msgs in the queue, max:3000)
When the number of messages in the queue
is very big (about 2000) CTI OS agents can not change their statuses, real-time reporting is not correct and then they all are logged out.
Is anyone has any suggestions?
P.S. No problem with CAD...
