We have a requirement from our client to allow them to have an ability to upload the media files using the eGain v17 gadget tool that can upload the media files to CVP media servers via REST API connection to the CVP OAMP server (that has CVP media servers configured). Upload of media files is succesfull and can see all the files on the media server that has uploaded files using this REST API method called by the eGain.However, i cannot see any pre-existing media files of the cvp server or any media files that were copied manually to the CVP media server i.e. to the same folder.
To eliminate any eGain specific issue, i see the same issue even when i use POSTMAN as the REST client. I did the following GET Method:
https://oamp server name:8111/cvp-config/mediafile
