I am having what I think is a pretty simple problem, but im confused on what to do to fix it. Basically this is a fresh install of CVP and I am trying to add a VXML Gateway. When I try and add a VXML Gateway it adds fine then when I try and test an IOS command it returns with 'Failure: Device cannoy be reached'.. I can ping from cvp to the gateway and from the gateway to CVP. Also I have managed to add a gatekeeper that is working just fine with IOS commands on the same subnet. Anybody got any ideas? Is there a list of ports that is used that I should verify connectivity?
