We are observing multiple duplicate entries for a single agent while generating the call report from CUIC. We have a UCCX HA environment. PFB version details and report snap.
CUCM: 10.5
UCCX: 10.6
(eg)Agent made only 90 outbound calls on a particular date, however on the report we could see 180 entries(duplicate entries). Attached complete report for reference. Can anybody explain this behaviour.
I observed, after re-configuring the user extension and re-associating to IPCC under end user page, issue is getting resolved, however would like to know the root cause and in what ways we can prevent such kind of issues.

I suspect we are hitting the bug CSCuz25305.

Running into the same issue for 1 agent. Did you ever get this resolved? I am working with TAC on this now but we have not been able to get this fixed.
