Iam setting up egain in our development LAB, installation and interrogation with UCCE is completed as per eGain 15.5.0 document. Iam able to start the listener and EAAS service under shared resources. But unable to start the listener service under Partitions. As per the document we should have only listener instance but i have CMPG instance as well automatically created after the integration. Another issue is PG is not listing under Listener process to select and start the service. PG already selected under CMPG instance, but when iam trying to start the service status becomes connecting only.
