error on ipcc enterprise version 6 servers

Hi

We are gettin an error The product Windows Server is out of licenses. Use License Manager from the Administrative Tools folder for more information on which users are out of compliance and how many licenses should be purchased

--------which is window error.No proper resolution has been given to resolve this.We have been getting on quite a few servers like rogger,pgs etc.Is it critical?

The simple fix for this is to go into Microsoft Windows Services, stop the Windows License Service, and disable it.
