Hi there, I am seeking for some assistance in grouping calls by handle time. The end result is to have a count of calls by the different handle time buckets for a specified period of time, a result similar to several Cisco reports where you can get count of calls split by the different answer speed buckets (calls answered within x). The rationale behind this is the analysis of call length distribution by handle time for different call types. We have AHT but keen to dive a little deeper into this. I have scanned through the database schemas, user guides and Cisco forums but could not locate anything. Thank you in advance!
