Open Desktop Administrator and highlight locations. Select the Setup->CTI Server setting and verify it is set to the IP Address of the IPCC Express server and not the server name. If you make a change to this setting restart the Cisco Desktop TAI Server service.
Also, you may have inherent problems with your AD. Since AD has a very high dependence on DNS, I recommend that you ensure that there are no problems with your DNS on your network. As a check, I suggest updating the hosts and lmhosts files on your CallManager and AD boxes with their appropriate hostnames and IP addresses.
