IPCC Express On Demand Recording issue

We have recently upgraded our IPCC Express from 3.1 to 3.2(1)sr1. Our on demand recording no longer appears to work. The error received on the Enhanced Supervisor Desktop is as follows:

"Supervisor has failed to start voice monitor on the device: xxxx"

where the xxxx's pertain to the agents number

Has anybody seen this and knows what causes it?

Please ensure the 'VoIP Monitor Server' and 'ICD Record/Statistics Server' components are enabled.
