Can anyone look at the attached diagram and let me know if its correct.

I am learning the whole working process of the IPCC and want to know if I have done anything wrong

You can refer to 'Cisco IPCC Express Solution Reference Network Design' guide. It gives good explaination of all the IPCC components.

Your doing an IPCC Enterprise and so you should look at the design guide for IPCC Enterprise. In essence the ICM portion can be duplexed which you do not show
