We were directed by Cisco TAC to change the JtapiPostConditionTimeout value on our PG's so that our agents could do conferencing. We found that once again that the agents could not make conference calls and when I went in to look at the Jtapi.ini file it had a different value assigned to it again. No one had made the change - so what would cause it to change?
