Can anyone point me in the right direction of performing an LDAP lookup from a CCX script? It seems like something that would be rather routine for an IVR system, but I can't seem to find a way to do it.

If you're trying to pull the Alerting Name field as indicated in your previous email, you'll need to write a custom java class that utilizes SOAP with a SQL query to return the field you desire.

It's not necessarily the alerting name info that I am interested in.
I just want a name for my caller. The alerting name field has that info in my CUCM config, but I have an LDAP server that has the same info, in the first and last name fields.
I just want to lookup the ANI that is presented to CCX and pull up a name for that number.
