When a Agent logs in to the Cisco Agent Desktop Application, he gets a error message " a license error has occured, please try after 5 mins".
There is a Cluster server for CAD where the license files get saved. Tried to manually delete the lic*.net files but upon reboot of the Server the License error pops up again.
Kindly advise.

Pls ensure that from the agent desktop you can map a
drive to the Desktop_Config folder on the CRS server .Also check that the Personal
Firewall option in XP is disabled.

The data center has around 1000 CAD agent logins and it has been working fine for the past 2 years. We never experienced this error.
There are no firewall restrictions and they can very well map the drive from the PC.
