Hi everyone,
How do I assign agents to a secondary work flow group?
I'm currently running UCCX 7.0(1) with the Premium license. I have created multiple work flow groups as we have two queues and the teams for each queue want the inbuilt browser to behave slightly different. Everyone appears to just receive the settings from the default work flow.
I can't find any definitive documentation on how to do it, I can't find an option for it on the web AppAdmin pages and my Desktop Admin tool doesn't seem to have all of the configuration options that some screenshots have. I've attached a screenshot of the branches I do have.
Hopefully I'm not missing something obvious!

From the same application, click on Call Center 1, then the menu Desktop Administrator -> Side A.
In the new IE window, Personnel -> Agents. Here is where you assign the work flow group.

Unfortunately using Side A gives me a 404 error (See below screenshot). Using Side B works, but I assume I should get the team admin page using Side A?
