Does anyone know how to reset appadmin 4.5 back to it's default configuration so the administrator and ciscocisco password can be used?

Rename ccndir.ini to oldccndir.ini and set com.cisco.wf.admin.instaled entry to false in appadim.properties file.

I would have renamed the ccndir.ini file before posting but there is no ccndir.ini in IPCC 4.5. Any other suggestions?
