RtCSQsSummary Abandoned vs Historical Reports

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction on this one,

I've been trying to determine the inconsistencies on abandoned calls between the RtCSQsSummary table and my own query.  I'm tried to design different queries around different reports according to the 'UCCX Historical Reporting Administrator and Developer Guide' but my result is always much lower than what is displayed on the real-time table. 

I came across the following link, but was unable to find 'SetContactInfo' anywhere in the call scripts that would elude to that inconsistency.

I have also tried counting everything BUT disposition '2' but my numbers are still much lower.

I am currently on v.8.0.2 . Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!
