Hi,
I would need that UCCX sends an email when the user disconnects the call while he is in the queuing waiting to be answer.
I did the script and I see the communication between UCCX and Office 365, but the office 365 returns the message "STARTTLS is required to send mail" and the following message from office 365 is a FIN, ACK and after that the UCCX RSET the connection.
