[Solved]Agent e-mail is disabled - Java version

Hi guys,

UCCX version 7.5 is what were using here.

Trying to play with a new email queue and am getting the required java version is missing.

I tried installing the jatest JRE which provided the same error message.

Having a look at

www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_7_0/installation/guide/cad66ig-cm.pdf says i need 1.5_0.14 and nothing higher then 1.6.

I downlaoded 1.5_0.22 and am still getting the message.

Any idea?

Never mind...

According to the agent log, we needed version 1.6.0.12

ERROR DAGT3026 Agent E-mail disabled, Java Runtime version 1.6.0.12 not found.
