I enabled TAPS on CUCM 11.5.1
Loaded the AAR File to UCCX.Restarted the Engine and Admin Page.
Created a Trigger on the TAPS application. But when I try to select the TAPS. aef, I get the following error
An error occurred while loading the Script SCRIPT[TAPS.aef]. Please check log for more details

Maybe the aef got corrupted? I will go ahead and go through downloading it again.

Restarting Cisco Tomcat actually fixed the issue with the aef.
On a side note,
I found some information in the following link regarding TAPS
https://community.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony-and-phones/bulk-upgrade-phone-models/td-p/2475629
If this is the case, I will have to determine an alternate way to replace thousands of phone? I have tried auto registration with self provision. However, I need to create a new BAT 78xx or 88xx phone that the user can activate, then disable their existing 79xx phone.
