UCCE/CUIC - 12.0 Agent Queue Hourly Report Return extra Queues

When I run this report of Agent or Team for a current time period,  the report returns addional precision queues that the agent no longer has attributes assigned.

The Agent may have had these attributes in the far past but they all continue to appear on the report.   Any thoughts on where this could be addressed so that only the currently assigned attributes/Queue will appear on the report.
