UCCX 10.6 Call / ECC Variables - Not showing on Finesse Desktop for Agent
Referring to the Cisco reference guides and other documents including forums/blogs, i would like to achieve basic set of information, so that for every call landing to the Finesse Agents in our environment can display more information. For example, the following
calling number ANI,
'original' called number DNIS (not the CTI Route Point)
Below is what i could do. However, no positive results.
