Has anyone been able to get the Salesforce UCCX connector (1.3.2) to work with UCCX 8.x? We used to use it on UCCX 7 and it worked fine; however, after the upgrade it cannot connect.
I connected a sniffer and identified that the connector is reaching out to my UCCX on port 994. I believe it uses port 42027 for communication after the connection is established. After upgrading to UCCX 8, there is no response on port 994. A port scan on UCCX identifies that port 994 and 42027 are not even open on UCCX 8. Is there a different port I should be using?
