Hi,

I have UCCX HA deployment. The firts node is working fine. But the second node when I go to Control center to enable CRS Engine fails. The error message is "Unable to create CTI"

What Can I do?

Check your network interface. The first one must be unable, and the 2nde one must be disable. In the advance settings, check the order

Hi,

The 2ond Network interface is disabled.

I have a cluster of UCCX. One server is Publisher, but the second node appears as Add-on type in Control Center menu.

If Control Center showing wiht Add-on , that mean CCX engine are not start on that server.

Hi,

Check the CTI port created on CUCM, and remove all devices which are not registered or rejected.

And try again.

Which release did you install ?

If UCCX 7 SR3 with OS SR9

Remove the SQL HOTFIX 8822 and try again.
