UCCX Script

Hello All,

I'm newbie to the UCCX scripting and need the assistance in understanding few things..

I have created a script with the basic menu options. it is working fine. Now I want  the agents to know which option was selected - either by displaying the option number in the layout or by a screen pop.  

I think I will have to use Set Enterprise call info step and associate with the layout., which I'm understanding :(

Can someone please  assist me or guide me in the right direction.

You can use CDA Gui for the layout, set Call Variable X for displaying your enterprise info. Then go to your script and set the enterpise call info based to your layout, before that, don't forget to fill the value manually based on you menu.
