Our UCCX shown an Error: This Product Instance is currently in Out of Compliance state because of insufficient licenses. Purchase additional licenses within 87 days to avoid Enforcement mode.
When I check to license managemet, I see flex standard in compliance, but flex premium is out of compliance
Then I check in license consumption report, it show different with the amount license reported usage in CCX Administration.
In license consumption report, show 10 for flex standard and 2 for flex premium.
I think both should same right ?
I have click renew authorization and renew registration, but still not update.
System version: 12.5.1.11003-511 (su3-ES06)
