VOIP Monitoring

I have both the IPCC Express server and the VOIP monitoring server on the same server. All the services are operational from the window NT view.

Everything is working fine execpt the voice recording.

I think the problem is related to that i can't find my ipcc express server name in the list of VIOP monitoring servers at the Supervisor Desktop "VOIP Monitoring" Page.

Once i open the Superviosr desktop and navigate to the VOIP monitor link, i get an error "Can't communicate with the ODBC" !!! Then the page shows with empty servers list!!!!

I have two network cards on the server. And i configured the SPAN part.

Did anyone see this before?

I did't know that we need to configure an ODBC link on the supervisor desktop PC??? is it needed? If yes where i can find its configuration!!!

If no ...where is my problem??

Hi ,

Have you followed the instructions in the Installation guide - "How to use Multiple NICs with the VoIP Monitor Service" (Pg No 41) .

Please check the configuration as per the document and let me know if it helped....
