Hello
We have two Cisco ASR1001-x that we purchased recently and we have upgraded them to version 17.9.4a
We need to understand the license level that each one has. those routers going to be for CGNAT and the two features that are needed are 20Gb/s and CGNAT.
We set the platform hardware throughput level to 20G and did a reboot it didn't show anything related to license restriction
do we need to purchase the licenses? is there any enforcement that can affect the router in the future?
The router shows :
Smart Licensing Status: Smart Licensing Using Policy
The license summary shows :

They seem perpetual, but better check your smart licensing first on support.cisco.com and see if you see those licenses there. Also confirm the BOM and Cisco order in case they came through a bundle. If is not there is likely need to buy those

Hi @Ruben Cocheno
We don't have any information about the licenses at this point in Cisco Portal , those devices accualy where in use in a telecom and we got them as a second hand
Just to understand the situation at this point if the previous owner has the devices under it's own Cisco account that means he can revoke the licenses any time?
Also, Perpetual means it has some license already , isn't ?
