hi, we have some very old devices which the warranty shows "Expired". Does it mean the hardware can't be replaced if there is any failure? If the warranty shows "Covered", does it mean we can raise for RMA if any failure? Anyone pls advise? thanks.

Hello @Herman2018
What about your contract ? You must have a current service contract to return a defective part for replacement.
Warranty is free, contract you pay for... You can have a support contract during the waranty period and after...

Thanks M02@rt37 for your advice. The contract is valid, cover this device. So still can RMA for defective unit, right?
