Hello

We are going to renew Web security appliance license. model is WSA695.

List of the licenses currently active are:

Secure Web Appliance Advanced Malware Protection Add On
Secure Web Appliance Advanced Malware Protection Reputation
Secure Web Appliance Cisco AnyConnect SM for AnyConnect
Secure Web Appliance Cisco Web Usage Controls
Secure Web Appliance HTTPs Decryption
Secure Web Appliance L4 Traffic Monitor
Secure Web Appliance Web Proxy
Secure Web Appliance Web Reputation Filters

Unfortunately, under WEB-SEC-SUB i cannot see only: WSA Advanced Malware Protection License

How do we create estimate for the rest licenses in the list?

First of all, since it's a renewal and you have an active subscription, you (or your partner/reseller) should be able to create a new quote/estimate based off the subscription id. (Sub#######)
When renewing an existing subscription you don't need to find all the components again manually, and you don't need to create a new estimate from scratch.

That being said, it seems like this is just WSA Essentials + Advanced Malware Protection.
The base licenses (Essentials/Advantage/Premier) include the basic functionality licenses such as the web proxy, L4 traffic monitor, https decryption, etc.

The WEB-SEC-SUB SKU mainly covers Advanced Malware Protection for WSA but does not include all the features you listed. To estimate the cost for the remaining licenses like Web Usage Controls, HTTPS Decryption, Web Proxy, and others, you need to work with a Cisco partner or reseller. They can generate a proper quote by including the required SKUs individually or by bundling them if available under a newer subscription model.

You can also use Cisco Commerce Workspace to manually search for each license based on the features currently in use. Cisco has updated WSA licensing over time, so some licenses may have been merged or renamed. It is best to provide your partner with the current license list and let them match it with the latest available SKUs.
