ActiveCount & ActiveList Monitoring API response issue

Hi,

I am trying Session/ActiveCount & Session/ActiveList API endpoint of Monitoring. But i am not getting proper response. It's always zero.

1)

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>

<sessionCount>

    <count>0</count>

</sessionCount>

2) 

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>

<activeList noOfActiveSession="0"/>

Can anyone please help me with this? What is the reason behind this?
