APIC-EM 1.6.1 with Active Advisor

I recently patched my APIC-EM installation from 1.6 to 1.6.1 and we were running the AA app 1.5.0.x
Before we upgraded the server we had 1400 devices in the AA app, but now we just have the error message: No devices found.
I have read through the troubleshooting guide and verified that there is connectivity to ciscoactiveadvisor.com and that telemetry is enabled.
Do we have to wait up to one week for the data to sync again? And does that happen at every boot of the server or just when it has been upgraded.

Hi Daniel,
I have seen this in the past with an upgrade. The data is not sent all the time.
