Hi Team,
im trying to lookup via Cisco API call a Software suggestion for a Cisco 5545-X, but i get nothing back with Error Code S3_NO_REC_FOUND.
Im sure im using the right ProductId which is ASA5545, whi i see is still under support until 2025-09-30
https://api.cisco.com/software/suggestion/v2/suggestions/software/productIds/ASA5545
Can someone advice what the problem could be?

Not sure - what happend while you doing query : i am sure you have enough rights to get information

for testing query do any other see you get any results.
