Hola,
I enabled Dynamic QoS but interaction between CUCM System version: 9.1.2.13900-10 and APIC is not been reflected changing configuration on Switch when I started a call.
How can we verify API is working between CUCM and APIC?.

You need 11.5u1 for this to work.
Older versions of cucm had an older version of the API.
