Hello Jason,

I agree that a step 0 guide would be useful.

What worked for me after I got the toolkit from github was looking at the files in the samples folder.

Thanks for the suggestion !  We've just added a Tutorial walk-through, an Object Model description, and filled out the API documentation.  This is an evolving project so any comments very much appreciated.  The latest documentation can be found link at :  http://datacenter.github.io/acitoolkit/
