Hi everyone,
My team and I are deploying NSO for one of our customer,
during the very beginning of the installation of NSO, the software tryes to download and validate certificates from cisco.com.
Now, I premise that our problem may be very "noob-ish" but since none of our team is skilled in System Engineering and we only know the very basis of linux we're actually stuck.
The problem is that our VM has to pass through a Firewall and a Proxy before reaching the Internet and then download the certificates at cisco.com. We opened the rules on both the firewall and proxy and still find that the dowload stops because of the unreachability.

We think that the problem may be that we have to force the VM to go through the proxy to reach cisco.com but we don't know how to do so. We're anyway open to any suggestion.
