Hi team,
Does anyone have worked on Prime Infrastructure integration with ServiceNow to get a full inventory of devices (wifi & wireless devices).
I guess PI does not have direct integration with ServiceNow? We are looking at the possibility to leverage the API to pull the inventory data (using PI API to pull a listing of the inventory ?). Any pointers or reference please...
Thanks
Senthil

Thanks for your reply. For PI-ServiceNow integration using API, the customer had asked us to provide Cisco Prime APIs details ...and I found Cisco API in https://developer.cisco.com/site/prime-infrastructure/documents/api-reference/rest-api-v3-6/v4/data/InventoryDetails@_docs/

I don't know anything about ServiceNow, but you should probably contact them instead of Cisco if you want to use their software for this purpose. If you want to use a Cisco API to do this sort of thing, check out the RisPort70 API.
