Crosswork Workflow Manager (CWM) 1.2 introduced the capability for creating human dialogs enabling operations teams to provide inputs dynamically, process approvals for next steps, and view results at predefined points within a workflow. With CWM 2.0 this feature has been enhanced with a new user interface and it includes an integrated form designer for creating custom portal screens. The audience will have the opportunity to learn more about the product feature and witness an end-to-end workflow interacting with operators and field engineers in the provisioning process of a new network device.
