Fleet Upgrade: Creating Custom MOPs via UI

Operations Track: Breakout

In this session, we’ll explore the latest advancements in automating image and OS upgrades through a new, intuitive user interface. Attendees will gain insights into how the Fleet Upgrade process has evolved, going beyond the basic "distribute, activate, and commit" activities of traditional image upgrades. We’ll demonstrate how customers can now create and implement Method of Procedures (MOPs) to automate critical pre-checks and post-checks for each upgrade, ensuring a smooth and reliable process. Additionally, we’ll show how users can easily manage their images by either uploading them locally or downloading them from online repositories. Lastly, we’ll introduce conformance checks, empowering users to validate the integrity of their deployed images in the field, ensuring consistent performance across their fleet. This session is perfect for those looking to streamline and automate their image and OS upgrade workflows while maintaining the highest levels of operational reliability.

Speaker: SriKeerthi Chandra Chunduri, Software Engineering Technical Leader, Cisco
