Abstract: Numerous sessions have been devoted to the reconciliation of brownfield services, but not a lot have provided the full breadth of pain that service provider had to go through. So here is the Telekom Serbia's tale full with dragons in shape of disparate unsynchronized data sources, defined-on-the-spot analysis techniques and complex reconciliation workflows. But at the end, the brave knights in Telekom Serbia got the full reward in terms of process, different software deliverables and ultimately reconciled service instances.
