Yes. The CX Agent is still required to collect the data from Catalyst Center and pass back to CX Cloud. For some features of CX Cloud, the Agent also collects additional CLI data from devices “through” the Catalyst Center. i.e. Agent requests a CLI from a device managed by Catalyst Center. Since Catalyst Center doesn’t have that CLI data, it makes the request to the device for that and then returns the result to the CX Agent.
