Hello there,
We have some customers that would like to access CX Portal with a group user and for this reason they can't use a MFA. They want to share a unique user to all team members. Is it posible to access CX Cloud without MFA?

No, Cisco CX Cloud does not support disabling MFA for shared or group accounts. MFA is enforced for all users to ensure security and compliance with Cisco’s policies. If customers want team access, the best approach is to assign individual accounts and manage access through roles and permissions rather than shared credentials. Sharing a single account also violates Cisco’s terms of use.

Hello,
We are facing the same situation. It becomes very difficult to work like this, especially when managing a large team. It would be great if the CX Portal team could provide an option to disable this feature or allow multi-factor authentication (MFA) with the ability to register multiple mobile devices for authentication.
Thank you.

Hello,
The terms and conditions explicitly prohibit sharing users.
"User accounts, profiles, usernames, and passwords are associated with one individual only and you agree that you will never allow access by another person or entity at any time and to never access the account, profile, username, or password of another person or entity at any time."
Please check if the members of the group of users can create individual accounts at cisco.com as it would be the proper way to manage their access, and would allow them to use MFA.
