I have finally gotten around to creating the CX cloud account. That seemed to be painless enough. I added our CSPC as a data source.
It was showing first collection pending. I did a manual collection (I've always done manual, i do not have a schedule set) on Saturday morning. I figured that should populate CX cloud. As of this morning, it is still showing "first collection pending".
my question is, how long does the initial population of assets take once a collection is done? Is there something else that i need to do other than what is specified in the onboarding guide?

ok, thanks Chris, i was going to do that anyway. I was playing around today and actually deleted and readded the CSPC, then set up a scheduled recurring collection which will happen on Thursday morning. I'll see what happens then, and if still nothing is showing up then i'll open a case.

as a follow up, after setting up a scheduled collection in CSPC, i checked this morning. I did get the upload processing email from sntc, and in the cx portal i do see the latest collection was an hour ago. so i believe that everything is working as expected. Thanks for help.

Great to hear. I see a 2nd CSPC has been connected to the account, but it hasn't uploaded since it was connected.

correct, their scheduled collection runs on the weekend, so i'll check on monday morning.
