Do we have a resource to explain contracts as a data  source and what assets from those contracts will be available from CX Cloud?

@mpirocht but to be clear, that doesn't tell you why devices may not be available even if they are covered by those contracts.

Customers are starting to ask about possible viewing all of their Smart Accounts in the CX Cloud. Is there a plan to merge the two portals in the near future? As customers would like to see everything in one place. Thank you!

@hapolina Thank you for your comment. With the intent for CX Cloud to be a single pane of glass for customers, there would certainly be value in connecting Smart Accounts. It's been discussed, but to provide your feedback directly to product teams and inquire about specific roadmap timelines, I recommend utilizing the feedback portals below.
