How difficult is to implementing CX Cloud?

To answer your question, you can get CX Cloud by purchasing a Success Tracks contract with us here at Cisco, this will get you access to CX Cloud.  The implementation process is quite simple, I would recommend following the steps outlined on the CX Cloud Guided Resources website linked here.
