So, version 3.1 of the CX agent offers HashiCorp Vault, RADkit and Solarwinds integration. I was wondering if I understand the purpose of these integrations correctly:
*HashiCorp: Management of credentials in seed files.
*RADkit: Troubleshooting the CX agent. Or is it needed for the usual TAC troubleshooting of customer's network devices? That is already provided through the "Cases" tile.
*SolarWinds: Inventory Management. And this is available for only LCS customers? Customers who have only Success Tracks L1/L2 don't have this option?

Pls review the CX Agent 3.1 feature/ benefits for STs along with addl. docs covered at, https://community.cisco.com/t5/cx-cloud/now-available-cx-agent-3-1/td-p/5327222
SolarWinds integation has two options as following,
Option 1: Only-inventory sync from solarwinds to CX Agent using seedfile APIs, followed by collections triggered from CX Agent. This is supported for STs as well in 3.1 release.
Option 2: Both inventory sync and collections triggered via Solarwinds. This option is currently planned for BCS/ LCS availability in CX Agent 3.1, and soon will be expanded for STs in a future release.

Pavan
as data source for BCS/ LCS is in phase 1 to start with, and will be available for STs as well eventualy.
