A video overview of the ServiceNow Incident Management Integration for Cisco Intersight is available at https://youtu.be/hE_n5Lz_mlE

Key features of the integration include the following:

  • Automatic import and sync of Intersight Alarms and Advisories as ServiceNow Incidents.  Impacted Configuration Items are also set if the Cisco Intersight Service Graph Connector is in use for Intersight inventory sync with ServiceNow.

Hi,

Looks like a great plugin.

Does this plugin support adding multiple Intersight integrations in one ServiceNow instance? We manage multiple customers with multiple api accounts.

The plugin currently only supports connection to one Intersight account.

Note that application version 1.4.0 has an issue with the Assignment Configuration menu not allowing filters and reporting "select a table".  Issue is tracked internally as ISSDK-533 and will be fixed in a new release.  Currently not a work-around for the issue so the assignment configuration menu should not be used and the only way to control incident creation is from the main Intersight Configuration menu as shown below.
