Dear friends ,We are planning to buy nexus 93180yc and  both ACI-AD-XF and c1a1tn9300xf-3y is available to order.

Does anyone knows what are the different and pros and cons of selecting either of these licenses ? 

Offline licensing and off-the-grid operation is mandatory in our DC.
