Bridge assurance and peer link problem

hello,

We have had a problem when trying to migrate some FEX from N5Ks to N9Ks,

I attach a document with the details of what happened since I cannot open a case to the TAC since the equipment went out of support last May, in case anyone has had similar problems

peer link must config as STP port type network not normal and not edge 
do that and shut/no shut the PO of peer link in both side and issue will solve

By default the peer link is a network type port, that is not changed in this case.
It is not a configuration problem and it was not necessary to reset the peer-link, disabling the copper ports of a FEX caused this problem and re-establishing them corrected it.

what is have BA the peer link or FEX ports?
FEX ports as I know have BPDUguard by default and these port need not receive any BPDU when it receive any BPDU the port go to errdisable and you need shut/no shut to fix issue but it appear again if the FEX receive the bpdu.
