Hello, We have two data centers A and B. In data center A, there are two Nexus7k-A and N7k-B. In data center B, there are two Nexus7k-C and D. Now we have two options for vpc domain configuration. One is to create vpc domain between NexusA and B, and domain beteeen C and D. and then create a vpc to conbine two links together A--C and B--D. The second option is to create one vpc domanin among Nexus A, B, C and D. Quesition is which one is better or correct? Thanks

Hi @interfacedy
A VPC domain have only 2 vpc peers.
So your only option is (Nexus-A, Nexus-B) = vpc domain 1, and (Nexus-C, Nexus-D) = vpc domain 2.
Take care,
Sergiu

There would be two vPC domains. One in Site A and one in Site B. You can connect two vPC Domains together using a vPC. This is often referred to as a double sided vPC. See the post here - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/nexus-7000-series-switches/118934-configure-nx7k-00.html#anc2.

Thank you for your reply. so we can do it like this: after creating two vpc domain in each of sites, can we create a vpc to conbine two cables A--C and B--D together? If so, the VPC belong to domain1 or domain2?
